all of the reviews say the same thing, all five stars.

100% would recommend.

grounding and delicious

“finally a bar that actually feels like food. nutty, not too sweet, super satisfying. you can taste that it's made from real ingredients — no fake protein-bar weirdness.”
victoria · verified buyer

so worth it

“a perfect balance of sweet and salty. the texture is just divine — somehow chewy and crunchy at the same time, not dry and chalky like other high protein bars.”

what's inside

ingredients, intimately.

intentional ingredients only.

californian almonds

vitamin e, magnesium, and the healthy fat that makes a bar actually hold you.

new zealand grass-fed whey

complete protein from cows that graze on open pasture year-round. all nine essential amino acids, none of the chalky isolate aftertaste.

macro. fine white fiber on cream.

prebiotic tapioca fiber

feeds the bacteria already living in your gut instead of just passing through.

macro. torn date flesh, glossy.

medjool dates

the only sweetener in the bar. caramel and chew, with the fiber and potassium still attached.

macro. green seeds, loose scatter.

pumpkin seeds

small, dense, quietly mineral-rich — one of the best plant sources of magnesium and zinc.

macro. wrinkled red berries.

goji berries

the tart note. dried whole, never juiced or powdered, so the vitamin c comes the way it grew.

macro. wide flakes, edge light.

coconut

large unsweetened flakes. slow-burning fat, fiber, and most of the texture.

macro. coarse brown meal.

ground flaxseed

ground, so your body can absorb it. plant-based omega-3s and both kinds of fiber, soluble and insoluble.

macro. pale hearts, loose pile.

hemp hearts

soft and nutty, and a complete plant protein on their own. magnesium and iron come along with it.

macro. flake salt, hard shadow.

sea salt

a small amount doing a lot. it sharpens every other ingredient in the bar.

macro. split bean, dark seeds.

vanilla extract

real extract, never flavouring. warm and floral, and the reason the bar reads as dessert.

eleven ingredients. that is the whole list.

glo_ bar

  • sugar-forward
  • limited nutrition
  • no meal credibility

have questions

the honest answers.

is this a meal or a snack?

a meal. one bar is 320 calories with 15g of protein and 15g of fiber, which is why it holds you for hours rather than thirty minutes. eat it instead of lunch, not alongside it.

why $6 a bar?

grass-fed new zealand whey and prebiotic tapioca fiber cost several times what soy isolate and cane syrup cost, and every batch is mixed, pressed and cut by hand in los angeles. it is priced as the meal it replaces.

how do i store them?

they are shelf-stable at room temperature, kept cool and dry. the fridge is better — it keeps the nuts and seeds fresh and the bar soft and chewy. best within three months either way.

will it upset my stomach?

15g of fiber is a lot if you are not used to it. if your usual intake is low, start with half a bar for a few days. the fiber is prebiotic, which means it feeds the bacteria already in your gut rather than passing straight through.

is it gluten-free?

nothing in the bar contains gluten. it is made in a facility that also processes gluten, peanuts, eggs, soy and fish, so we do not call it gluten-free. if you are coeliac, that distinction matters.

when do you ship?

monday through friday, so nothing sits in a warehouse over a weekend. anywhere in the USA.
